Interior designers Anya Gordon Clark and David Harte have been respectively included in Hotel Design and Mix Interior’s list of the top 30 designers under the age of 30.
Anya featured in the Hotel Design ranking. The organisers praised “her desire to create non-banal spaces with a strong mark of her personality along with an unstoppable wish to learn and improve her existing skillset.”
Anya has experience of high-end residential and hospitality design. Recent projects include the City of London’s new destination hotel Vintry & Mercer, shortlisted for Mixology’s hotel interiors project of the year, and Avon Gorge Hotel by Hotel du Vin in Bristol.
David was included in Mix Interior’s 30 under 30. The commercial interiors magazine says that achieving their list of the interior design market’s young, emerging talent is a “serious accolade”. David recently worked on Hotel du Vin Stratford-upon-Avon and the concept for a new Staybridge Suites in Dubai. He is currently working on Hilton Praia, Cape Verde and a new co-working brand in Nairobi.
Commenting on the news Dexter Moren, partner and DMA founder says:
“At DMA we have developed a unique culture which promotes responsibility and innovation at all levels and where everyone feels they can make a difference. Congratulations to Anya and David and all the other nominees.”
