Dexter Moren Associates’ proposal for a new hotel in Neasden, London, has recently been granted planning permission by Brent Council. The scheme will accommodate 196 guestrooms and is expected to go into construction later this year.
The hotel will replace an existing disused 1960’s industrial building on the site. The new five storey hotel on Neasden Lane will provide a significant step forward in the regeneration of a mainly commercial and industrial area. The site is highly convenient for Wembley stadium, the North Circular road, and is located 150m from Neasden Underground station.
The project for developer Skyelady Neasden Ltd has been prepared by a team including CgMs (planning consultant), Ferguson Brown (energy and sustainability consultant) Caneparo (transport engineers) and Enplan (landscape design). Lexstone are managing agents.
