Iverson Road London

Situated next to an important transport hub, and taking its cue from the unusual and challenging nature of the site, the concept uses a Y-shaped plan form as an analogy to points along train tracks, creating distinct architectural treatments between the front and rear of the scheme. The rear wing is raised on a forest of columns behind and above the front wing, conceived as a series of ‘tree houses’ set amidst the trees on the adjacent embankment. The scheme will be finished in a distinctive ‘protective shell’ of profiled metal cladding and will provide 86 apartments.
