18 – 20 Wellbeck Way
Three two-storey mews buildings were internally gutted, and three stories inserted, making use of an internal atrium at the rear to bring light and give a sense of space and volume. The design makes creative use of space to achieve three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a combined kitchen/living area and an internal garage in each house.
