Pelican Wharf
Pelican Wharf is a mixed use residential and commercial scheme fronting the River Lea in close proximity to the Olympic development area. A key intention of this master plan was to maximise the opportunities provided by the riverside, which will be opened up for pedestrian access, and to create high quality residential and retail facilities which will be flexible, allowing the manner in which the area is used to alter as activities increase.
Assuming the role of design consultants, working in association with KMM architects, we developed a coherent elevational language throughout the development to maximise views toward the river. This included the facade design which features amenity components such as balconies, winter gardens and roof gardens.
