Herbert Lui joined DMA in 1999 as a project architect and was appointed as Director in June 2008. Herbert leads on design and design direction for the practice. He has extensive experience dealing with the wide ranging issues pertinent to housing and complex mixed use developments, and has all round awareness of stakeholder aspirations with the ability to convert site constraints into opportunities. He recently led the concept design of a new housing community in Punggol, Singapore and is currently heading up the design for a new luxury resort & villa development in Libya.
