Located on Waterloo Road near Waterloo Station, this 290 bedroom hotel will include a ground floor bar and restaurant, gym and meeting rooms. The hotel is planned over nine floors and features a sedium roof and solar water collectors. The top floor is set back to include a glass facade providing views across London and the River Thames. The planning stage was delivered by KSS Group.
