Appointed by Fortus Properties and the London Development Agency, DMA have submitted a full planning application to the London Borough of Newham for a 204 bedroom Express by Holiday Inn on a site located at the Royal Docks, East London.
The hotel is designed as two buildings linked by a glazed bridge structure and offers an active frontage with hotel lounge, bar and restaurant spilling onto the pavement areas fronting Dockside Road and Compressor House Square.
The Royal Docks hotel will form part of the second phase of development within an Enterprise Zone designated by the LDA, LB Newham and Greater London Assembly.
