Nik Mitens is an experienced design architect with an international background working on a wide range of projects in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Joining DMA in early 2005, Nik has been involved with the design of several major housing projects such as Bagley's Lane in Chelsea, Alperton Village in West London, and a new large mixed use development in Croydon. He has also led the master planning of urban regeneration areas both in London and the rest of the UK. Nik will be responsible for growing our housing and residential project portfolio and will also continue to work closely with our clients to deliver mixed-use and hotel schemes through the design and planning stages.

Mark Wood rejoins DMA at Associate level after several years at Aukett Fitzroy Robinson. During this period Mark has expanded his expertise to include commercial and major mixed use town centre redevelopments in Bristol, Oxford and Dorchester. As an experienced design architect Mark will be responsible for driving DMA's growth into the commercial field whilst providing leadership and design direction within the practice.
